A person I know who has a very interesting job is my cousin, Minh. He works as a graphic designer for a small advertising company in Ho Chi Minh City. I have always found his job interesting because it combines creativity with practical business needs.

Minh has worked there for about four years. His main task is to create posters, social-media images and simple brand designs for different clients. To do the job well, he needs to be resourceful, understand a client brief clearly and have strong problem-solving skills. He also has to work under pressure because some projects have very short deadlines.

One project he told me about was for a new coffee shop. At first, the owner did not know what style they wanted. Minh asked several questions, showed a few sample ideas and then developed a simple logo based on local street culture. After a few changes, the client accepted the design, and Minh managed to meet the deadline. I thought his creative solution was quite clever.

I find his job rewarding because every project is different. He gets to create something useful, solve real problems and see his work used by real businesses.

A job I have done was a part-time job at a small café near my university. I worked there during one summer break, mainly because I wanted some work experience and a little extra money.

I got the job through a friend who was already working there. She told me the café needed another person for the evening shift, so I applied and had a short interview. My duties included taking orders, serving drinks, cleaning tables and helping at the counter. I usually worked about five hours a day, four days a week.

At first, I was quite nervous because I had never worked in customer service before. During one particularly busy shift, several customers arrived at the same time and one order was delayed. I apologised, checked with the kitchen and explained the situation calmly. My manager later said I had handled the complaint well. After that, I became more confident and started to pick things up quickly.

The job lasted for about two months. I think I did reasonably well because I became faster, made fewer mistakes and learned how to communicate politely with different people. It was tiring, but it gave me useful work experience.

A person I would really like to work or study with is my former classmate, Lan. She is reliable, calm and very organised, so I think we would work well together on almost any project.

I first met Lan in an English course about three years ago. We were placed in the same group for a presentation, and I quickly noticed that she was easy to communicate with. Since then, we have stayed in touch and have occasionally studied together before exams.

The clearest example was our final group presentation. At first, our team had too many ideas and no clear plan. Lan suggested that we divide the task into smaller sections and set a deadline for each part. She listened to everyone, shared ideas without dominating the group and helped us stay focused on our common goal. When one member was absent, she calmly adjusted the plan instead of complaining. In the end, we finished early and gave a confident presentation.

I would like to study or work with her again because she makes group work easier, not more stressful. A good study partner should be responsible but also flexible, and Lan has both qualities.

A job I would not like to do in the future is working as an emergency-room nurse. I respect people who do this job, but I do not think I am suited to such a demanding working environment.

From what I know, emergency nurses care for patients who may be seriously ill or injured. They check basic information, assist doctors, give medicine and respond quickly when a patient's condition changes. The job requires medical knowledge, patience, teamwork and the ability to stay alert during long shifts, including night duty.

I became more aware of the job when a relative had to visit an emergency department. While I was waiting there, I saw nurses moving quickly between patients, answering questions and handling emergencies at the same time. Even though they remained calm, it was obvious that the workload was heavy. One nurse had been working for many hours, but she still had to make careful decisions. I realised that a small mistake could have serious consequences.

I would not choose this career because I find constant pressure difficult and I am not comfortable with medical situations. I also think the physically demanding shifts would exhaust me. I admire the profession, but another type of work would suit my personality better.

A person I really like to work or study with is my friend Huy. We met at university, and I find him dependable, cooperative and easy to communicate with.

We studied in the same class for about two years and used to work together on several team projects. Huy was usually the person who helped the group organise tasks. We would split the workload, compare ideas and then exchange feedback before submitting anything.

One semester, we had to prepare a research presentation in only ten days. At first, the task seemed difficult because there were four sections and a lot of reading. Huy suggested a simple schedule and gave each person one clear responsibility. Halfway through the project, one member fell behind, so Huy helped them without making the situation uncomfortable. He also reminded us of small deadlines and kept the group on track. Because of that, we finished the slides two days early and had enough time to practise together.

I like working with Huy because he makes teamwork productive rather than stressful. He does not try to control everyone, but he notices when the group needs support. That balance makes him a very good person to study or work with.
